ACME Laboratories approves 25% cash dividend

The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The ACME Laboratories Ltd was held on Thursday.
The shareholders of The ACME Laboratories Ltd approved 25 per cent cash dividend for the financial year 2019-2020.
The approval was given at the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company, held at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday through digital platform.
Mrs. Nagina Afzal Sinha, chairman of the company presided over the meeting.
Mizanur Rahman Sinha, Managing Director, Mrs. Jahanara Mizan Sinha, Deputy Managing Director, Md. Abul Hossain, Nominee Director, Syed Shahed Reza and Ms. Fouzia Haque, FCA, Independent Directors, Ms. Tasneem Sinha, Director, Fahim Sinha, Director, Md. Hasibur Rahman, Additional Deputy Managing Director, Md. Rafiqul Islam, FCS, company secretary, Md. Arshadul Kabir, FCA, Head of Finance and Accounts and  A.K.M. Mushiur Rahman Khan, FCMA, Head of Internal Audit were present at the meeting. A large number of shareholders were also present in the meeting.
All significant activities of the company throughout the year 2019-2020, along with the Directors' Report, Audited Financial Statements, declaration of Dividend, election of Directors, re-appointment of Managing Director, appointment of Independent Directors, appointment of Auditors, Compliance Auditors and re-arrangement of use of IPO Proceeds including other notable action plans and future roadmap were placed at the meeting which were dully approved by the shareholders.
The chairman of the company expressed her heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all the participants for making the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) a success.
