Judges' human chain protesting vandalism of Bangabandhu's sculpture

A section of Judges formed human chain at Dampara area in Chattogramcity on Saturday morning protesting vandalism of an under-construction sculpture of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Kushtia.
Later, they brought out a rally from the area which ended at district Shilpakala Academy after parading different roads.
District Sessions Judge Md Ismail Hossain said they not only do their job, but also take part in the protest.
Miscreants vandalised the face and some portion of the right hand of the sculpture of the Bangabandhu set up at Panch Rasta intersection in Kushtia at night on December 4.
