One held with hemp in Natrakona

Police arrested a man along with three kgs of hemp at Kendua upazila in Natrakona district on Saturday night.

Arrested Shafiqul Islam Manik, 20, is a resident of Gonada union in the upazila.

Kendua Police Station officer in-charge (OC) Shah Newaz on Sunday said on information, a team of police conducted a drive in Maijhati area and arrested him along with the drugs.

Police said on information, police raided Dulu’s house at early hours and arrested him with hemp.
