Body recovered in Sirajganj

Police recovered the body of a young boy from inside a stack of hay in Sadar upazila of Sirajganj on Friday.

The deceased was identified as Shariful Islam,14, son of Wasim of Telkupi village.

Police said Shariful went out of his house on Thursday night. But, he did not return home.

Locals spotted the body inside a stack of hay in a paddy field this morning.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to hospital morgue for autopsy, said Sadar Police Station OC Bahauddin Faruqi.
