Hanging body of man recovered in Barishal

Police recovered the hanging body of a man in Muladi upazila of Barishal district on Tuesday morning.

Deceased Shawon Bepari, 40, son of Quddus Bepari, a resident of Bailakandi village in the upazila.

The deceased's wife Nur Begum said his husband committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling in the house due to poverty.

Being informed, police recovered the body about 10:00am and sent it to a hospital morgue, said Muladi Police Station officer in-charge Fayez Uddin Mirdha.
