A total of 22,591 people have so far been infected with the deadly COVID-19 in Rajshahi division as 90 new cases detected in six districts here on Saturday.
Dr Gopendra Nath Acharya, Divisional Director of Health, confirmed the information in a COVID-19 related daily report in Rajshahi division on Sunday noon.
Of the new detected patients, 15 in Rajshahi, 8 in Natore, 10 in Naogaon, 36 in Bogra, 13 in Sirajganj and 13 in Pabna.
Of the total infected patients, 20,776 people have, so far, recovered from the deadly disease with 340 fatalities in the division till Sunday morning.
