 Sirajganj woman held with marijuana plants Police have arrested a woman along with marijuana plants at Tarash upazila in Sirajganj district on Friday night. Arrested Anjana Urao, 38, is the wife of Sahadeb Uraon, a resident of Gurpipul village in Deshigram union under the upazila. Tarash Police Station officer in-charge (OC) Moazzem Hossain said on information, police raided their house and arrested Sahadeb’s wife. Police also recovered four plants of marijuana from their house yard. The arrested was sent to jail on Saturday morning following a court order. AB/ALM |
