Man crushed under train in Sirajganj

An unidentified man, aged 50, crushed under the wheels of a train in Sirajganj’s Kamarkhanda upazila on Monday.

Jamtoil Railway Station master Abu Hannan said a Lalmonirhat-bound train hit the man while he crossing Sirajganj-Ishwardi rail track in Kobad Sheikh crossing area in the morning, leaving him critically injured.

He succumbed to his injuries on the way to 250 Bed Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnessa Mujib General Hospital.
