7 shops gutted in Bhola

A fire at Char Fasson Bazar in Char Fasson upazila of Bhola on Tuesday morning burned down seven shops causing a loss of around Tk 1 crore.

Local sources said the fire originated from the stove in the kitchen of Al Amin Hotel around 7:00am and soon engulfed the adjacent shops.

On information, Char Fasson fire service and civil defence went to the spot and doused the fire, said the fire station officer Asaduzzaman.
