ChickenPatties Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless) -- 250 gms Large potatoes (boiled, skinned, and mashed)-- 2 pieces Egg (beaten)-1piece Green Chillies or Red Chillies (finely chopped)-2 pieces Fresh Cilantro/Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)-- 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs (for rolling patties) Garam Masala Powder--� tsp Red Chilli Powder (or to taste)-- 1 tsp Cumin Powder--1 tsp Black Pepper Powder--1 tsp Salt (to taste) Ginger Paste--1 tsp Garlic Paste--1 tsp Lime Juice--1 tbsp Cooking Oil (for shallow frying) Method: 1. Boil potatoes until they are well cooked. Let them cool; peel off the skin and throw away skin. Mash potatoes well and set aside. 2. Boil chicken in a pot of water until it is well cooked and tender. Drain and let cool; briefly chop chicken in a blender/chopper. 3. In a pot heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil until hot. When oil is hot, add in the chicken, and fry for a minute. Then add in the ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Saute for about 5 minutes, until the chicken is well dried up and spices are mixed together. Set aside and let it cool. Once the meat has cooled add this to the boiled mashed potato and mix well together. 4. To this mixture add: the black pepper powder, cumin powder, lime juice, salt to taste, chopped green chillies, and chopped coriander/cilantro leaves; mix well. 5. Make patties of oval or round shape with a little mixture at a time. Dip the patties into the beaten egg. And roll each pattie in bread crumbs. 6. Heat some cooking oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry each pattie until golden brown.
Chocolate cupcakes Ingredients: 1 cup of flour 1/2cup of powdered milk 1 teaspoon of baking powder 200 grams of butter Eggs 3 1 cup of sugar Chocolate essence 1/2 tsp Chocolate crumbs 1/2 cup 1/2 cup of chocolate For soft cream sorting. Method: 1. In a bowl, beat 5 ounces butter and 5 ounces caster sugar until light and fluffy 2. Now add 1 egg and beat it well then add another egg, add 2tbsp of self raising flour and beat it well. 3. Now add coco powder, beat it, then add the remaining self raising flour and beat it. Also add milk in it and fold everything together with spatula. 4. Preheat your oven at 180 degree Centigrade. 5. Put cup cake liners in try and pour mixture in it, and bake it oven for 20 minutes.
Method for frosting: 1. Beat butter, add peanut butter, cream cheese and icing sugar and beat until frosting is smooth and fluffy 2. Spread some frosting over each cup cake; decorate each with chocolate coated peanut and serve.
