"Sinha tried to surprise through creative works. He said he works for the betterment of people which gave him satisfaction," said the grief-stricken mother of slain Major (retd) Sinha Mohammad Rashed Khan.

Nasima Akter, mother of Sinha, expressed her satisfaction over the trial processing of Sinha murder. She sought capital punishment of the culprits at a press conference held at city's Retired Armed Forces Officers Welfare Association (RAOWA) on Monday.

She said, "My son believed in works not words. I had appreciated his works. He thought more for the country. He said if we did some good for the country, then the next generation will follow those."
