Rapists gang-rape wife tying up her husband in Savar
A woman has been gang-raped in front of her husband at Savar, on the outskirts of Dhaka.
Savar Model Police Station officer in-charge (OC) AFM Sayed confirmed the matter on Saturday afternoon.
The incident took place in a garden in Mogarkanda village on Friday.
The husband filed a rape case against four and police arrested a man Alauddin, 40, from the area in this connection.
The other accused are: Wahid, 30, Jewel, 20, and Sahidur Rahman, 40.
According to the case statement, the victim's husband went to Alauddin in the area to bring money that Alauddin owed him.
Alauddin along with some of his associates beat the victim and tactfully called in his wife in the area.
Later, they gang raped the woman in turn.
Alauddin was placed on remand for seven days after he was produced before a court in the afternoon.
