3 'Rohingya drug traders' killed in encounter with BGB


Three 'Rohingyas drug peddlers' were killed during a shootout with the members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) in Ukhiya upazila of Cox's Bazar at early hours of Thursday.

The deceased were identified as Nur Alam, 45, Md Hamid, 25, and Nazir Hossain, 25. 

The incident took place at Tulatoli area around 4am.

BGB men also recovered 3 lakh Yaba tablets from the scene, its commander Ali Hayder Azad confirmed.
