SBMCH Orthopaedic Ward put on coronavirus lockdown

Department of Orthopaedic of Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital (SBMCH) in Barishal city has been put on lockdown for seven days following the detection of coronavirus infection among 11 persons including doctors and nurses there.

SBMCH director Dr Bakir Hossain said two coronavirus positive patients got admitted to the department hiding the fact that they were tested positive for coronavirus.

Later, a doctor, seven nurses and three staffs of Orthopaedic Ward found coronavirus positive.
