Prof Dr Mohiuddin of Ibrahim Medical College dies of coronavirus

Professor Dr Mohammad Mohiuddin of the Department of Microbiology of Ibrahim Medical College, died of coronavirus infection on Wednesday night at Holy Family Hospital in Dhaka.
Ibrahim Medical College's former principal and present adviser Professor Dr Jalaluddin Ashraful Huq has confirmed about the death.
Professor Dr Mohammad Mohiuddin had been undergoing treatment at the intensive care unit of Holy Family Hospital over the last 14 days. He was put on ventilation after his condition deteriorated.
Professor Dr Jalaluddin Ashraful Huq said, "Professor Dr Mohammad Mohiuddin was infected with coronavirus 24 days ago. Later, he was admitted to Holy Family Hospital. At first, he was in a cabin there. Later, he was shifted to the ICU after his condition worsened. He was put on ventilation on Monday night after his condition deteriorated further. But, he didn't back from there anymore."
Late, Professor Dr Mohammad Mohiuddin was a student of 17th batch at Chittagong Medical College.
