Domestic flights resume after over two-month

Limited domestic flights resumed from Monday morning, after two-and-a-half-month of suspension due to coronavirus pandemic. 

NOVOAIR flight with 40 passengers left Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport for Saidpur around 7am.

Meanwhile, US-Bangla left for Chattogram with 51 passengers on board.

"The flights were suspended for more than two months. Limited flights on Chattogram, Sylhet and Saidpur route resumed maintaining health guidelines. Around 24 flights will leave Dhaka everyday till June 15," said Air Vice Marshal M Mafidur Rahman while visiting the airport this morning.
