Police recovered the body of a female rice mill worker at Raninagar upazila in Naogaon district on Friday night.
Deceased Hamida Begum, 35, was the the wife of Shahin, a resident of Ataikula Hothapara area in the upazila.
She had been working at a rice mill at Kujail Bazar area in the upazila.
The mill workers saw Hamida hanging from a tree nearby the mill at midnight.
After recovery, police sent the body to Naogaon Sadar Hospital morgue, said Raninagar Police Station officer in-charge Jahurul Huque.
An unnatural death case was filed in this connection, he added.
