Islamic parties protest Delhi violence in Dhaka

Hundreds of people on Friday staged demonstration in the capital city protesting the ongoing violence in India’s violence which left at least 39 dead and hundreds injured.
Several Islamic parties of the country organised a protest rally at the north gate of Baitul Mukarram after Juma prayers and brought out a procession.
Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam Bangladesh President Nur Hossain Kashemi presided over the rally.
Speaking at the rally, Nur Hossain Kashemi said there is no security for Muslims in Delhi. They have become subjected to killing in planned ways. Mosques are being torched and repression on Muslims are going on. But, such brutalities must stop immediately."
Speakers at the rally also condemned the oppression against Muslims and held the Narendra Modi government responsible for it.
Later, they brought out a procession from in front of the mosque which paraded the main thoroughfares.
