Zenith Islami Life settles insurance claim of Rural Electricity employee  

Zenith Islami Life Insurance handed over a check of Tk 5 lakh against the group insurance claim on death of Mizanur Rahman, an employee of Rural Electricity Association, Munshiganj.
The check was handed over at a function at the Munshiganj Police Super Office on Sunday. Munshiganj Police Superintendent Mohammad Zayedul Alam was chief guest on the occasion. Zenith Islamic Life Chief Executive Officer SM Nuruzzaman chaired the function.
The company DGM Md Nizam Uddin, AGM Anwar Hossain Sarkar, Munshiganj Rural Electricity Association AGM Monirul Islam and senior officials of the Munshiganj Police Super Office were present.

SM Nuruzzaman said Mizanur Rahman was an employee of Munshiganj Rural Electricity Board. He became a member of Group Insurance on August 1 with Zenith Islami Life Insurance.
He died at work place on August 4 -- just four days after becoming a member of the group insurance. In his case, the insurance premium of Tk 5 lakh has been paid in accordance with the Munshiganj Rural Electricity Association's agreement with Zenith Islami Life for the family's financial stability.
