Managing Director and CEO of Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited (BD Finance) Tarik Morshed poses for a photograph with participants after inaugurating a foundation training course as chief guest. BD Finance organised the course for its newly-recruited management trainee officers (MTOs) at Seagull in the capital on Saturday. The company's Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Rafiqul Islam spoke on the occasion as the special guest, while its Head of HRD ASM. Tariqul Islam presided over the ceremony. A total of 21 MTOs are taking part in this training programme. They have been recruited through rigorous recruitment process of the company.
