Berger gets Parveen Mahmud as Independent Director

Parveen Mahmud has been appointed as Berger's Independent Director and Audit Committee member, says press release.
In her successful career, she has worked as the first women president in Institute of Chartered Accountant and Council member for 3 years.
She has worked in BRAC, ActionAid, CPD, PKSF, MIDAS, UCEP, Ghashful, Grameenphone, Linde Bangladesh, Shasha Denim during her long career.
She won Begum Rokeya award in 2006 for her contribution in women empowerment. She was the former managing Director of Grameen Telecom Trust. Her experiences as accounting professional and management will enrich Berger Paints and its operation.
Renowned Banker Anis A. Khan and experienced Chartered Accountant Masud Khan are the other two Independent Director of Berger.
