CHATTOGRAM Dec 30: The candidates of Awami League-led alliance are leading in all the 23 constituencies of greater Chattogram in the 11th Parliamentary Elections on Sunday.
Of them 16 in Chattogram district, 4 in Cox's Bazar and one each in Khagrachhari, Rangamati and Banderban Hill districts.
ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury of Awami League won in Ctg-6 (Raozan). He bagged 231,442 votes and his rival Jasimuddin Sikder of BNP got 2,307 votes. Engr Mosharraf Hussain of Awami League won in Ctg-1 (Mirsarai) seat. He got 169,181 votes while his rival candidate Nurul Amin of BNP got 2,329 votes.

Barrister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Naufel of AL in Ctg-9 (Kotwali-Bakalia), Dr Afsarul Amin Chowdhury of AL in Ctg-10 (Double Mooring-Pahartali), M A Latif of AL in Ctg-11 (Port-Patenga), Shamsul Huq Chowdhury of AL in Ctg-12 (Patiya), Saifuzzaman Chowdhury Javed of AL in Ctg-13 (Anowara), Nazrul Islam Chowdhury of AL in Ctg-14 (Chandanaish-Satkania), Abu Reza M Nadavi of AL in Ctg-15 (Satkania-Lohagara) and Mustafizur Rahman of AL in Ctg-16 (Banshkhali) constituency.
In four constituencies of Cox's Bazar district are Jafar Alam from AL in Cox's Bazar-1 (Chokoria-Pekua), Ashekullah Rafiq from AL in Cox's Bazar-2 (Moheshkahli-Kutubdia), Saimum Sarwar Kamal of AL in Cox's Bazar-3 (Cox's Bazar-Ramu) and Shahin Akhtar Chowdhury, wife of Badiul Alam of AL, in Cox's Bazar-4 (Ukhiya-Teknaf). Kujendra Lal Tripura of AL in Khagrachhari, Dipankar Talukder of AL in Rangamati, Bir Bahadur of AL in Banderban.
