![]() Bangladesh Youth Symposium @ GUB The sessions had been arranged particularly for the youth society to let them have a clear understanding of the basic requirements of entrepreneurship, the strategies to follow while starting own venture, the tactics to market a new product/service in the market and the hurdles an entrepreneur faces in his/her path of success. "Engaging youth in entrepreneurship and make them aware them about the advantages and solutions of obstacles of self- employment"- was the theme of this event. Dr Atiur Rahman, prominent Economist and Former Governor, was the chief guest of the event. Co-founder and Secretary General of BOLD, Moinuddin Chowdhury advised young entrepreneurs to keep unity under the same umbrella like YSSE. Proprietor of "TAN", Tania Wahab was presented in the workshop to influence young entrepreneur specially women to go ahead for success as an independent business woman. Head and Associate Professor of School of Business, Canadian University of Bangladesh, S.M. Arifuzzaman showed future entrepreneurs the possibility of Bangladesh in entrepreneurial arena. All the successful professionals, career coach and entrepreneurs shared their stories of the entrepreneurial journey, achievement, corporate success etc. An "Elevator Pitch Challenge" was arranged to inspire the audience to participate.
