Bangladesh have failed to qualify for the AFC Under-19 Women's Championship 2019 with their second successive loss in the four-team Group-D Qualifiers as they lost by 0-2 goals to Chinese Taipei at Hisor Central Stadium in Dushanbe, Tajikistan on Friday.
Bangladesh started their campaign in the qualifiers round conceding a 0-7 loss against two-time champions South Korea on October 24 and will wrap up an unsuccessful mission, taking on hosts Tajikistan in their last match on October 28.
Chinese Taipei found Bangladesh's net once in each half with forward Lin Hsin-Hui scored first in the 44th minute while another forward Fw Chen Hsiu-Wen doubled the margin in the 51st minute.      -UNB
