Freshmen reception at BUP

The opening convocation & freshmen reception for the newly-enrolled students of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) were held at its campus on 27 December 2017. BUP Vice-Chancellor Maj Gen Md Salahuddin Miaji, rcds, psc was present as chief guest. The programme began with the rendition of the national anthem and recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. BUP Registrar Brig Gen Abul Kashem Md Ibrahim, ndc, psc, delivered welcome speech. Vice-Chancellor encouraged the students to be attentive to their study to contribute in the ongoing development process of Bangladesh.
Pro-VC Professor M Abul Kashem Mozumder, BUP high officials, faculty members, freshmen and their guardians were also present at the programme.
