The rainy season is over and we all are enjoying the arrival of 'beloved Autumn'. To enjoy the season, we need to take care of our skin, beauty and health.
Eat autumn friendly food
During this lovely autumn, eat skin-saving meals rich in protein and good fat. Vegetables, fish, nuts, home-made sour yoghurt, cottage cheese, beans, quinoa, eggs are loaded with DHA, selenium, probiotics and many more micronutrients to stay healthy. Your skin will have the constant benefits and you will feel the difference.
Protecting natural moisture of skin
Insufficient beauty rest, lack of exercise, and unhealthy diet are the main reasons for dehydrated skin. Spring water, rose water, aqua shine mist or spray helps to restore hydration in the skin this season. The water is packed with minerals like selenium that protect against UV damage. It's refreshing and makes your skin cool in hot humid weather. Cleanser is a daily essential, don't ignore it. Do exfoliate couple times a week for best result. Transform skin from flaky to youthful with an exfoliating mask or scrubber. Massage in circular motions to sweep away dead skin cells. Oil based scrubs are wonderful exfoliating as well as hydrating treat for autumn skin.

Shield your skin, fix summer damage with a sunscreen according to your skin type. Remember sunscreen is not just for summer. Choose a sunscreen with lightweight formulation, SPF 30 to 50. Make sure you cover your exposure part of body including lips , apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going outdoors and don't forgot to reapply every 2 hours intervals.

It is important to pay attention to your tresses. Go for a conditioning treatment rich in natural oil extract so your hair is nourished from inside out. Use a sea salt spray or heat protector spray or solution before sun exposure or any hair styling. Try a supplement blended with zinc, essential amino acid, vitamin B, vitamin D and many more. Trim regularly if you have split end. Wooden comb is the best option to avoid breakage.
