Daily positivity rate 5.50pc, 73 Covid cases reported

Seventy-three more people were hospitalised with COVID-19 in the country in 24 hours till Sunday morning, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

It said the daily case test positivity dropped to 5.50 perc ent from Saturday’s 6.57 per cent as 1,327 samples were tested.

The recovery rate stands at 98.39 percent. However, the death rate remained unchanged at 1.44 percent.
