Farmer electrocuted in Chapainawabganj

A farmer died from electrocution at Nachol upazila in Chapainawabganj district on Sunday Morning.

The dead was Asharaful Islam, 40, son of late Shamsuddin, a resident of Amjoan village of the upazila.

Victim's family members said Ashraful came in contact with an electric wire while returning house from a paddy field at around 11 am.





Locals rescued him critically injured but he died on the way to hospital.
