Johnson vows to 'listen' after UK by-election losses British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Friday vowed to "listen" to voters but to "keep going" in his job, after his ruling Conservatives suffered crushing losses in two parliamentary by-elections. "I've got to listen to what people are saying," he told UK broadcasters from Rwanda, where he is attending a Commonwealth summit, before adding: "We will keep going, addressing the concerns of people".
