Tk 2 cr Indian goods seized in Jessore

JESSORE, Sept 7: Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized huge Indian goods worth Tk 2 crore from a bus at Navaron Bazaar under Sharsha upazila here on Monday night.
Commander of Jessore 26 BGB Major Mohammad Liakat Ali said, on a tip-off a BGB team searched the bus of 'Eagle Paribahan' at Navaron Bazaar area and seized the goods which included automobile parts, imitation and cosmetic items, and medical equipments.
The goods were deposited to Jessore Customs House.
