Foreign ministry holds lecture on Bangabandhu Tuesday


The first lecture of Bangabandhu lecture series organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be held tomorrow marking the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Former finance minister AMA Muhith will present the keynote paper at the lecture to be held at the Foreign Service Academy at 10.45 am tomorrow. International Affairs Adviser to the Prime Minister Dr Gowher Rizvi will attend the lecture as special speaker in person while foreign minister Dr AK Abdul Momen will join the event virtually, said a press release.





As part of the lecture series, the foreign ministry will organize at least a lecture each month at home and abroad marking the birth centenary of Bangabandhu and golden jubilee of independence.
