Three found dead in three districts
Three persons were found dead in three districts- Brahmanbaria, Sherpur and Bagerhat, in three days.
BRAHMANBARIA: Police recovered a woman's hanging body from Kanikara Village in Nabinagar Upazila of the district on Tuesday morning.
Deceased Tanjina Akhter, 19, was the wife of Md Mamun of the village. Local Union Parishad (UP) Member Siddiqur Rahman said neighbours saw the hanging body of the woman and informed police. Later, police recovered the body and sent it to morgue for an autopsy, the UP member added.
NALITABARI, SHERPUR: Police recovered a man's hanging body from his father-in-law's house at Nichpara Village in Nalitabari Upazila of the district on Monday.
Deceased Mobarak Hossen, 28, was the son of Akabbar Ali of Andhariagop Village in the upazila. He was a carpenter by profession.
Sources said the deceased along with his wife Suraiya came to his father-in-law's house recently. On Monday morning, the house inmates saw his hanging body and informed police. Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Sherpur morgue for an autopsy. Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Nalitabari Police Station (PS) Basir Ahmed Badal said an unnatural death case was filed in this connection.
BAGERHAT: Police recovered an unknown youth's blood-stained body from a garden of one Manindranath Halder at Jamua Village under Chingrakhali Union in Morelganj Upazila of the district on Sunday. Quoting locals, Morelganj PS OC KM Azizul Islam said, locals saw the body, aged about 25, tied up with a tree in the garden and informed police.
Later, police recovered the body with injury marks on it, the OC added.
