Biman Bangladesh Airlines official dies of coronavirus

An official of Biman Bangladesh Airlines died on Saturday while underwent treatment at a hospital in Dhaka city.
Md Zainul Abedin, Junior Technician at the Biman Bangladesh Airlines, died at Kuwait Bangladesh Friendship Hospital. He was admitted to the hospital being infected with coronavirus.
Deputy General Manager (PR) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Tahera Khandker said the 53-year-old Zainul Abedin had been absent from the office for a long time due to sickness. As his sickness deteriorated, his family informed the office about it. Then Biman took initiatives to admit him to a hospital.
Zainul Abedin used to live with his wife and son at Mollarbari area adjacent to Kosaibazar Rail gate under Sector 4 at Uttara in Dhaka.
His wife Hafiza Sultana has also been infected with coronavirus. She has been taking treatment staying at home.
Family sources said Zainal Abedin had been suffering from high fever since Tuesday last. He first assumed that it was a seasonal fever. Since his fever continued to persist, Zainul and his wife gave swab samples for coronavirus tests. Later, both of them tested positive.
Despite Zainul had diabetes and hypertension, he did not suffer from breathing difficulties. He was rushed to the hospital on Friday evening after he developed breathing complications.
