2 officials test positive: Part of RAJUK under lockdown

A portion of the RAJUK Annex building has been put under lockdown after two officials tested positive for coronavirus.
The test results of the sample of Mostaque Ahmed and Rahat Muslemin, officials of the RAJUK's Department of Architecture, came postive on Monday.
After the two officials got infected, a number of officials including the Chairman are now in home quarantine, said Sharmin Jahan, RAJUK director (admin).
"We've been asked to remain under observation following coronavirus infection of two officials. Those who worked with them on Sunday are now staying at home," she said.
Bangladesh recorded 52,445 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 709 deaths till Tuesday.
Former RAJUK chairman M Bazlur Rashid was among the coronavirus dead.
