Public transport services resume after 2-month

After two months' of suspension, public transport services resumed from Sunday morning on a limited scale.
The passengers are using masks and gloves to protect themselves from coronavirus infection while the bus drivers and assistants are following government's health guidelines.

The buses in city's Dhanmondi, Kolabagan, Science Lab, Shahbagh, Banglamotors areas are seen on limited scale around 8:30am.

Meanwhile, trains left different stations across country including Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi for Dhaka this morning. The stations got back its liveliness.

The rail authorities have taken various steps following the government's health guidelines to protect people from coronavirus infection.

Government and private offices reopened today in a restricted manner. 

The nationwide shutdown was enforced from March 26 to curb the transmission of coronavirus and was extended until May 30 in phases.
