Schoolboy dies falling from mango tree in Jamalpur

A schoolboy died after falling from a mango tree while he was trying to picking mangoes at Sarishabari upzila in  Jamalpur district on Saturday afternoon.

Deceased Arif Mia, 13, was a sixth grader of Malipara High School. He was the son of Alam Bhuiyan, a resident of Malipara village in the upazila. 





Family sources said Arif fell from a mango tree in the courtyard while picking mango, leaving him critically injured.

He was taken to Sarishabari Upazila Health Complex where he died while undergoing treatment.
