Electrician electrocuted in Noakhali

An electrician died from electrocution in Sadar upazila of Noakhali early Wednesday.

Deceased Sohel Ahmed, 23, was the son of Rafiq Ahmed, a resident of Dharmapur union in the upazila.

The victim's brother said Sohel came in contact with a live electric wire in Debipur village on Tuesday afternoon when he was fixing an electric line, leaving him critically injured.





Sohel was admitted to Noakhali General Hospital where he died around 2:00 am on Wednesday.
