Dil Afroz Sayda is a culinary artiste. Now, she is a Chef, Trainer, and Baking Assessor of Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). She is contributing various events as well as several TV programmes as a culinary artiste.
Black olive---5-6 pc
Tomato sauce ---as required
Melted butter/ Soya beans oil---25g
Method: 1.Cut the capsicum in small cubes and slice black olive
2. Collect and measure all ingredients. Sieve the flour, keep aside. Mix all ingredients into the mixing bowl except oil, after blending the yeast add oil and develop the dough fully.
3. Keep the dough in the fermentation warm place for 30 minutes. After fermentation,make a round pizza form. Place on baking tray. Keep in proofing room temperature for final proof.
4. After proofing, preheat the oven, bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
5. After baking, egg brush the pizza and pour tomato sauce on the bread of the pizza.Spread the grated mozzarella cheese& put up capsicum and oregano. Again bake at 160 degrees C for 5 minutes.
