Firms share on spot market

Trading of the following companies' shares will be allowed only in the spot market and block transactions will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with benefit from tomorrow (December 17) to December 18, 2019.
They are AFC Agro Biotech Limited and Active Fine Chemicals Limited. Trading of their shares will remain suspended on record date on December 19, 2019.
Ambee Pharma's record date tomorrow
Trading of the shares of Ambee Pharmaceuticals Limited (Ambee Pharma) will remain suspended on its record date tomorrow (December 17).
Trading of their shares will resume on December 18, 2019 after suspension of record date.
Firms’ sponsors to buy shares
ACME Lab: Mizanur Rahman Sinha, sponsor/director   of The ACME Laboratories Limited (ACME Lab), will buy 1,85,000 shares of the company at prevailing market price (In the Public Market) through stock exchange (DSE) within next 30 working days.
Peninsula Ctg: Engineer Mosharraf Hossain, sponsor of The Peninsula Chittagong Limited (Peninsula Ctg), will buy 4,00,000 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the Public Market) through stock exchanges (DSE and CSE) within next 30 working days.
Firms’ credit rating results
WMS: Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned the rating of Western Marine Shipyard Limited (WMS) as 'BBB+' in the long term and 'ST-4' in the short term along with a stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2019 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
GQ Ball Pen: Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned initial credit rating of GQ Ball Pen Industries Limited (GQ Ball Pen) as BBB in the long term and ST-3 in the short term along with a stable outlook based on its audited financial statements up to June 30, 2019 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
