Chicken Masala Curry
Ingredients:

Oil - 2 tbs
Beef - half kg.
Green chilies - 2-3 piece
Tomatoes - 3 Medium
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
Oil - 1/4 cup
Chicken- half kg.
Garlic ginger past - 1 tbs
Green cardamon - 2
Cinnamon sticks - 2
Cloves - 3
Bay leaves - 2
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbs
Red chilli powder - 11/2
Paprika powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Water
Lemon juice
Garam masala powder  - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper   powder - 1/2 tsp
Fresh coriander choppe.
Method:
In pot add oil, tomatoes mixe well & cook untill tomatoes are soft. Add cumin seeds & mix well Take out in a, bowl & let it cool.
Add oil, chicken, mix well, add  ginger garlic past, green cardemon cinnamon sticks cloves & try leaves, mix well for 4- 5 min. Add water, mix well & bring it to boil cover & cook on low flame for 8 - 10 min in grinder,  add cooked  tomatoes water,  lemon juice & grind well. Add water mix well & bring it  to boil cover & cook on medium lowflame for 20-25 min or untill meat is tender. Add garam masala powder  black pepper powder& mix well Remove bay leaves & discard them. Add green coriander& let it simmer for 2- 3 min & serve.



Spicy beef curry

Beef- 500 gm.
For merination. :
Dry red chillies - 6
Coriander seeds - 11/2 tbsp
Ginger & garlic crushed 1tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 spring
For gravy
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
Tomato - 1 cup
Crushed ginger garlic - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Tomatoes - 2 medium
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Water - 500ml
For - seasoning
Coconut oil- 2" tsp
Green chili
Curry leaves
Method:
Rost the red dried red chillies, coriander seeds & fennel seeds in coconut oil overlow heat. Ground the spices as afine powder.
Crush ginger & garlic together.
Marinate the cleaned beef with Related ingredients for marination. Heat a pan with coconut oil & add the fennel seeds. Add tomatoes Gingergarlic & rost FOR few min.




Add Turmeric powder & cook when tomatoes are mashed completely, add garam masala & follwed by marinated beef. Mix everything together & cook FOR few min. NOW add boiling hot water to meat & cover& cook FOR 2 hours over low flame. Or you can use a pressure cooker & cook until done. Season & curry leaves in coconut oil. Serve with rice or porotha.
