Ingredients:
Chicken-300 gm
Cumin powder- 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
Butter- 1 tbsp
Black pepper-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cabbage leaf
Chilli-2 nose
Olive oil
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Garlic chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Onion-3 medium size
Spring onion
Red & yellow bell pepper
Garlic - 1 medium size
Ginger / garlic pest -1/2 tbsp
Vinegar- 1/2 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp

Method:
Chicken breast cut into the thin strips. add 1/2 tbsp of vinegar , lime juice, red chilli powder, salt to test cumin powder, black pepper powder ginger garlic pest olive oil mix it oil .By the time prepare the other ingredients Chopped.
Add 2 tbsp oil on hot pan. Fry the marinated chicken for 2 minute or until cooked. In the other gas burner heat up the sizzler plate. Once cooked keep chicken aside. Add 2 tbsp on same pan. Fry chopped garlic high flame. Add yellow & red bell pepper & cooked it for 4/5 min .Salt as per taste. Three medium size onions add chopped green chili 1 tbsp .add garlic chili sauce. 1 tbsp soya sauce, add cooked chicken. Add some spring onion .be careful to handle hot sizzle pan. On sizzling plate, add butter & chicken topping some cheese. Serve with fried rice.
