Familytex declares no dividend

The Board of Directors of Familytex (BD) Limited (Familytex) has recommended no dividend for its shareholders for the year concluded on June 30, 2019.
The Familytex's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at Reshmi Community Centre on Airport Road in Chattogram at 10:30am on December 31.
The company's record date for the AGM will be held on December 26, 2019.
It has also reported EPS of Tk (0.079), NAV per share of Tk 11.63 and NOCFPS of Tk (0.12) for the same year as against Tk (0.072), Tk 12.29 and Tk (0.08) respectively for the same period of the previous year.
Firms disburse cash dividend
Peninsula Ctg: The Peninsula Chittagong Limited (Peninsula Ctg) has disbursed the cash dividend for its shareholders for the year concluded on June 30, 2019 to their respective bank accounts through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) system.
The cash dividend warrant has been sent through courier services to those shareholders whose accounts were not credited due to inadequate information of their bank accounts.
UPGDCL: United Power Generation and Distribution Company Limited (UPGDCL) has disbursed the cash dividend for its shareholders for the year ended on June 30, 2019 to their respective bank accounts through BEFTN system and also dispatch through dividend warrant.
Apex Tannery: Apex Tannery Limited (Apex Tannery) has disbursed the cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that ended on June 30, 2019 to their respective bank accounts.

Beacon Pharma: Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the entity's  (surveillance) rating of Beacon Pharmaceuticals Limited (Beacon Pharma) as 'A3' based on its audited financial statements up to June 300, 2019; bank liability position as on October 31, 2019 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
Phoenix Finance: Alpha Credit Rating Limited (AlphaRating) has rated Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited (Phoenix Finance) as 'A+' in the long term and 'ST-2' in the short term along with a stable outlook based on its audited financial statements as on December 31, 2018 and relevant qualitative information till November 17, 2019.
Janata Ins: Alpha Credit Rating Limited (AlphaRating) has rated Janata Insurance Company Limited (Janata Ins) as 'A+' in the long term and 'ST-2' in the short term along with a stable outlook based on its audited financial statements as on December 31, 2018 and relevant qualitative information till November 16, 2019.    -SOURCE: DSE/CSE
