Dear Sir

The Fourth Industrial Revolution describes the exponential changes to the way we live, work and relate to one another due to the adoption of cyber-physical systems, the Internet of Things and the Internet of Systems. As we implement smart technologies in our factories and workplaces, connected machines will interact, visualize the entire production chain and make decisions autonomously. This revolution is expected to impact all disciplines, industries, and economies.

Almost all the countries of the world are in the race of gaining technological superiority, which fix the fate of a nation. Business intelligence is required to understand the impact of the fourth industrial revolution. We have to find out the side effects of the technology along with its benefit in business. Emphasis should be given on digitalization of businesses and cyber security to face the challenges. Moreover, if we cannot adopt it when the demographic dividend will end the nation will suffer economic losses.

As a developing country, Bangladesh should take special steps to accommodate with newer advanced technologies while research based tasks should be given emphasis.
