Keep your feet clean & crack-free in winter
The onset of winter is visible on the feet when it starts to scale off or rupture due to loss of moisture. Your feet are the most exposed part of your body to the extreme conditions of the weather. Due to busy schedules and responsibilities, they are often overlooked that causes dryness and cracking of the skin.
The winter will extract the moisture from your feet leaving them dry. To take utmost care of your feet and rejuvenate their beauty, follow these tips in this winter.
Applying a moisturiser: Your feet contain the toughest skin yet it loses its integrity due to loss of moisture. The best way to keep your feet skin soft and plump is via applying a good moisturiser. Clean your feet first to get rid of the accumulated and dirt and then apply a moisturiser at night daily. It will keep your feet smooth, moisturised and supple.
Exfoliation: When you are working hard and your feet are exposed to long walks, excessive dirt and dead skin accumulate on them. This is why you need to exfoliate your feet skin from time to time. The dirt needs to be removed so that you can avoid cracking of your feet. Use a foot scrub from the stores or you can prepare a homemade formula to get rid of the dirt and dead skin cells.
Pumicing your feet: On continuous wearing of shoes and socks, the feet are often infested with calluses and corn. During the winter season, these anomalies can cause real problems. To get rid of these anomalies, you can use a pumice stone for gentle rubbing and removing the dead cells. The dead cells make pockets that accumulate dirt and sweat.

Hot water session: Shower with lukewarm water or prepare a hot bath for your feet. Use simple homemade formulas to soak your feet in the hot solution and keep your feet supple. This session will moisturize your feet and keep them supple.
Repeat this process at least once a week to get enough warmth in the winter and replenish the feet skin properly.
Coconut oil miracle: For a long span of time, coconut oil has been used to trap the moisture of the feet and keep them happy. You can warm a two teaspoon of coconut oil and use to rub it on your feet properly. The act of massaging your feet will not only increase the blood flow but also create a coating of oil on your feet to trap the moisture.
Foot soak pleasure: Prepare a natural foot soak by using absolutely natural ingredients in a bucket containing lukewarm water. Soak both your feet for 15 minutes and then apply moisture. This process will also remove toxins from the skin to keep them healthy.
