In 2015 he spoke to various IT service organizations in the country and abroad, and found out that no one is giving the services that a modern organization needs. Then, he started to work on it to build a digital organization that is compatible with the modern world.
Then he and his team, Leadsas, worked out with a complete idea that involves modern security, complete modernization of any organization will be possible. This is how Leadsas ltd was born. There is a separate planning department for organizations receiving services under the Leadsas project, where the demands and views of the educational management committee are given the highest priority by providing appropriate technical services through timely planning. In addition there are various web development departments, graphics and animation departments, hardware and software development departments, logistics departments, student essentials departments, data departments, digital equipment and accessories.
Leadsas has already achieved international recognition. It is the partner of Guinness Book of World Record holder Exploring Infinities, the fastest human calculator. The US based international organization, the world's largest entrepreneurial community Gay Entrepreneurship Boot camp, Clinton Foundation, founded by former US President Bill Clinton and Hult Prize, conducted by the UN in collaboration with Halt International Business School, the world's young workforce to utilize the United Nations 17 sustainable development targets, YES International Conference and Journalism Student Fest organized by Bangladesh Student Journalism Council are some of the notable works done by Leadsas ltd.
Sadiq said, 'Apart from working in Bangladesh, we are now working outside the country. We are working for partners in many countries including Thailand, Malaysia.' He was invited last year to participate in an international entrepreneurship boot camp for special contribution as an entrepreneur. Sadiq feels that young people of Bangladesh have the skills to work internationally.
