MPL declares 150pc cash dividend

The Board of Directors of Meghna Petroleum Limited (MPL) has recommended 150 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that concluded on June 30, 2019.
The MPL's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at Navy Convention Centre of Tiger Pass in Chattogram at 11:00am on January 4, 2020.
The company's record date for the AGM is on December 1, 2019.
ACI proposes 115pc dividend
The Board of Directors of ACI Limited (ACI) has recommended 115 per cent dividend - 100 per cent cash dividend and 15 per cent stock dividend - for its shareholders for the year that ended on June 30, 2019.
The ACI's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at Officers' Club on Baily Road in the city's Ramna area at 11:00am on December 23.
The company's record date for the AGM is on December 3, 2019.
It has also reported Consolidated EPS of Tk (14.87), Consolidated NAV per share of Tk 196.59 and Consolidated NOCFPS of Tk (37.90) for the same year as against Tk 10.36, Tk 222.09 and Tk (53.96) respectively for the same period of the previous year.
OIL to give 50pc cash dividend
The Board of Directors of Olympic Industries Limited (OIL) has recommended 50 per cent cash dividend for its shareholder for the year that ended on June 30, 2019.
The OIL's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on its battery factory premises at Kutubpur of Kanchpur under Sonargaon in Narayanganj at 10:00am on December 26.
The company's record date for the AGM is on November 28, 2019.
Cos shares on spot market
Trading of the following companies' shares will be allowed only in the spot market and block transactions will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with benefit from today (November 12) to November 24, 2019.
They are Samata Leather Complex Limited, Shinepukur Ceramics Limited, Khulna Printing & Packaging Limited, Imam Button Industries Limited and Beximco Synthetics Limited.    




Trading of their shares will remain suspended on record date on November 25, 2019.
Cos withdraw authorised reps
TSL: Times Securities Limited (TSL) -- DSE TREC No. 166 -- has withdrawn one of its authorised representatives,  Mohammad Sardar Mamun, with immediate effect.
