The first match of five-match Youth ODI series between hosts Bangladesh Under-19 Cricket team and Sri Lanka Under-19 Cricket team at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna was abandoned on Saturday as very severe cyclonic storm 'Bulbul' continues to approach the coast.
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has not refix the date and venue yet.
The second match will be held at the same venue on November 11, while the remaining three matches at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram are scheduled on November 14, 17 and 19 respectively.
Earlier, the two-match four-day Youth Test series between Bangladesh U-19 and touring Sri Lanka U-19 concluded in a draw.
The rain-hit first match ended in a draw at Abdur Rab Serniabat Stadium in Barishal on October 26-29 and the 2nd match also ended in a draw at Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna on November 2-5.     -UNB
