KTL proposes 12pc dividend

The Board of Directors of Kattali Textile Limited (KTL) has recommended 12 per cent dividend - 2 per cent cash dividend and 10 per cent stock dividend - for its shareholders for the year that ended on June 30, 2019.
The KTL's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at Bhatiary Golf and Country Club of BMA Bhatiary in Chittagong at 10:00am on December 19.
The company's record date for the AGM is on November 20, 2019.
It has also reported EPS of Tk 2.34, NAV per share of Tk 18.01 and NOCFPS of Tk 1.60 for the same year as against Tk 1.20, Tk 22.43 and Tk 0.41 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
BDCOM declares 12pc dividend
The Board of Directors of BDCOM Online Limited (BDCOM) has recommended 12 per cent dividend - 6 per cent cash dividend and 6 per cent stock dividend - for its shareholders for the year that ended on June 30, 2019.
The BDCOM's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at New Sugandha Convention Hall on Sat Masjid Road in the city's Dhanmondi area at 11:00am on December 24.
The company's record date for the AGM is on November 19, 2019.
ACFL to give 10pc cash dividend
The Board of Directors of Aman Cotton Fibrous Limited (ACFL) has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for general shareholders (excluding sponsors and directors) for the year that ended on June 30, 2019.
The sponsors/directors hold 7,28,00,000 shares out of total 10,08,33,333 shares of the company and the cash dividend will be payable to the general shareholders of Tk 2,80,33,333.00.
The ACFL's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on its factory premises at Boiragirchala of Sreepur in Gazipur at 11:00am on December 12.
The company's record date for the AGM is on November 19, 2019.
Cos to hold board meeting




RFL: Rangpur Foundry Limited (RFL) has called for its board meeting at the company's head office in the city at 4:00pm on November 12.
The RFL board members will consider, among others, its un-audited financial statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period that concluded on September 30, 2019 in the meeting.
BSRM: Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills Limited (BSRM) has called for its board meeting at the company's head office at 5:00pm on November 12.
