Anzuman Ara Rosy is a culinary artist. As her husband was a government
service holder, she has visited many places of Bangladesh and grabs the
knowledge about Bangladeshi authentic traditional foods. Beside that she has knowledge about the multi cuisine. She aims to reach at International level
to spread the Bangladeshi cuisine worldwide.

Potato 4 pieces
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ˝ tsp
Chili powder ˝ tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Soya bin oil (for frying)
Cut the potato in batonnet cut. Mix all the ingredients except frying oil and keep it for 20 minutes. Strain the extra water from the marinated potato. Fry the potato in golden brown color. Serve them with sauce.
