On the occasion of ARCASIA FORUM20 and 50 years celebration of ARCASIA in Dhaka, Institute of Architects Bangladesh has launched a city branding programme under which11 university's architecture students teamed up to create 12 installations and sculptures in different spots of the city.
These sculptures were created to showcase city life, urban culture and heritage of our country and also celebrate shared aspirations and friendship to uphold the spirit of ARCASIA, a platform of cooperation among architects of Asia.

Asian countries are uniquely bonded together by its interdependent geographical, geopolitical and environmental landscape. Common challenges, limitations and similar characteristics have unified the nations together as ARCASIA. FORUM is a platform for ARCASIA discuss and promote collective and deliberate directions and share empirical knowledge, and representation regarding the key issues of architecture and environment. Bangladesh being the hosting country of the ARCASIA FORUM 20, the logo is portraying the unique landscape of Asia, the rice field and the river.
